Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Feng Shui?
Feng Shui, meaning "wind and water," is a 2,000 year old "nature
science" based on observations of the balance achieved in nature.
Utilizing nature in the environment a healthy work and home
environment can be achieved. Feng Shui was handed down through
the years in secret only by word of mouth for powerful emperors and
wealthy families to maintain good health and wealth.
This pure and traditional "nature science" uses a Lopan-Chinese
Compass for accuracy, proper orientation of the building, the
buildings date of construction, the birth of each building's
occupant, five elements from nature, space planning, clearing
clutter and the understanding of the vibration of colors. Much
reference has been made by Wayne Dyer in reference to colors, their
energy vibrations, and the positive impact certain colors can have
on people.
Traditional Feng Shui is not a religion and MUST NOT be
confused with the Feng Shui practices which incorporate
superstition, mirrors, crystals and various rituals. Feng Shui
came from the ability to properly direct air currents in a building
to control the temperature, creating a feeling of well-being and
balance for the occupants.
What Benefits Might I Expect From My Feng Shui Consultations?
The initial consultation to read a buildings permanent energy
helps the client understand what energy is reoccurring in that home
or business they occupy.

building, reveals the "energy blueprint" of the building and the
constant influence on a person's life while they occupy that
building. Pat's looks for the positive energy in a building
that can be enhanced to bring a client's desires to reality.

arrival of unexpected checks, new relationships, quick sales for
realtors and business success, new client's calling, and a general
feeling of well being as things begin to feel like they are moving
forward with ease. Having the knowledge of a
building's energy is like having a road map allowing you to see
clearly what you are creating in your life!

how clear your intention is to receive harmonious relationships,
wealth, peace of mind, creativity and love, have the energy pattern
of your home or business read! It is like getting a yearly
health check-up from your doctor for your building.
The energy of the building is like that of a person attracting
others to them. We are attracted to what is comfortable to us,
and our environments are a mirror for our thoughts, and who we are.
Becoming more aware helps us to make better decisions. As we become clearer with our intentions,
we make different choices, and our life changes and unfolds according to
our new choices; bringing us good health, abundance, and prosperity.

often a series of events bring them to Feng Shui which helps them
gain answer giving them the missing piece to help them move forward.
How Does Being Aware Help Me?

for protection. If you are aware of traffic congestion, you
may choose to take a different route. Just as that awareness
of the weather or traffic helps your life flow smoothly, so does
being aware of the potential for separation, delays, money loss, or
health issues.
Do I have to Move or Remodel to Change the Energy?
No, having a comprehensive report before purchasing and/or
remodeling can create a more positive outcome for the owner and
occupants of the building. Solutions include rearranging
furniture, clearing clutter, making color changes, adding elements
from nature; such as:fountains, plants, fire, adding fragrances,
changing the temperature, and adjusting the
lighting.
How Often do I Schedule an Energy Reading?
Feng Shui is about change. What we can always count on is
change. Since Feng Shui is a "nature science" and is based on
the book of I-Ching, the book of change, energy is constantly
shifting and changing. The energy that makes it's strongest
shift is the "yearly energy" which changes in all buildings around
February 5th, at the time of the Winter Equinox. Most clients
choose to have a yearly follow up report prepared for the "yearly
visiting energy". Consultations are done in person
or by mail, which includes a written report.
Energy shifts also occur monthly, but many clients are not concerned
because the energy comes in and goes out so quickly. Often
businesses are interested in following these monthly shifts as they
do with various business trends, and will schedule monthly phone
consultations with Pat to insure their remedies are properly
placed each month to enhance business. Monthly energy
information is also provided FREE each month by e-mail on Pat's
monthly newsletter. Pat offers package prices when you
purchase several sessions at a time for monthly phone consultations
to make sure all the energy is balanced properly every month for
your home and/or business.
