SAVE on Feng Shui Consultation Fees when Buying, Selling, or Renting a Home!

My main goal when getting my real estate license was to be able to help my clients purchase or rent a home that best supports them, or sell their home quicker according to Feng Shui.    Aside from Feng Shui, in this market one of the smartest things to do to get a home sold quickly is to reduce the price.  Some of my clients could not afford that luxury due to the balance owed on their home.  I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn how critical price is to a quick sale from the top realtors who were moving properties quickly.    Last year I came to a great appreciation for the Real Estate Professionals; Realtors, Brokers, and Mortgage Brokers who take their business seriously and commit to their clients by constantly increasing their knowlege and being the best they can be.    I feel I could best serve my clients by teaching what to look for in a home, sharing my over 25 years of design, architecture, combined with Feng Shui, and to provide Professional education for those of you would like to make Feng Shui a full time business.  Many of you have expressed an interest for my online tele-classes.  I appreciate your feedback.  It is my intention to schedule more workshops and tele-classes that will serve my long distance clients as well.  I am presently working on a new book for professional education.  I am also working with Realtors in many parts of our State and by referring my clients I can stay part of the process to help my clients be supported with Feng Shui.  The teams of professional realtors I work with understand the importance of serving clients by using Feng Shui and they are happy to give up a small portion of their commission to bring me on board as an advocate to the client.  This is only possible because I hold a California Real Estate License thus allowing the realtor to pay for my services from their commission, saving the client costly Feng Shui consultation fees that would normally be billed the client separately.  If you are planning to sell or purchase a home, speak with your realtor about bringing me on their team as your Feng Shui expert, or call me so I can introduce you to my team of professionals.  I look forward to serving you to the best of my ability.
