After many years of consulting with clients in design and Feng
Shui I was always aware of the need to advise my
clients regarding designs that could seriously impact their
health. Now applying another ingredient to insure health; the
element of Feng Shui, I can really help improve the life of my
client. The Chinese know that health is wealth. With good
health one can earn a good living, have energy to work,
and enjoy the best mental attitude to be a success!
Is your home the safest place for you? In Feng Shui, I
have found that some residences and also businesses are
difficult to remedy and are easier to avoid if possible. That
is why Sal and I have such a passion for our career in Real
Estate. I feel I am able to help identify problems for
a buyer that may be too costly or too challenging to remedy.
For sellers, I can identify problems before they become an
issue for their buyers. This type of awareness is something I
enjoy bringing to my real estate career and in so doing I look
forward to helping my clients find the best home for them, and
help others to sell their home quickly to the most compatible
buyer.
Sal and I have been in continuous classes 3 days a
week acquiring knowledge with our Broker; Glen Scalise,
while building our Real Estate business and continuing
to serve our Feng Shui clients since we joined the Century
21 Rolling Oaks office. It has been a real test for me to
keep in mind the importance of balance. We are leaving
tomorrow for the California Convention for Realtors in
Anaheim. Sal and I plan to learn a lot to continue to do
the best job we can to serve our clients, plus wind up the
week with a Feng Shui appointment, and before heading home
pay a visit to our favorite Mouse, Mickey! I understand
that the Theme Park is celebrating the Scary month of
October. I love to combine my work with play, achieving
the ultimate balance! Life is supposed to be fun!
I feel very grateful to have found the Century 21 Rolling
Oaks office with three experienced Brokers; Carl Allen, Ray
Molavi, and Glen Scalise, who lead with integrity in the
industry. Glen Scalise has been in the Real Estate business
for over 23 years and I am amazed at the things he has

Many people are beginning to
understand
that the Feng Shui consultant
applying the ancient Chinese principles of Tranditional
Feng Shui, uses a compass, observes the cycles of
nature, understands the meaning of this Yin/Yang symbol
from the
I-Ching; Book of Change, and studies the land
to select the best location for a home or business in
order to bring a higher potential for good health and
prosperity to the building's occupants. The compass is
used to determine the mathematical numbers which relate
to the energies of elements in nature.
The numbers "2", "5", and "8" are
all Earth energies. The "2" which has been such a big
focus in 2007, relates to the potential for separation

This Energy Cycle will be mixed..
In the center of all buildings the energy during this
period has a higher potential for whining and
complaining. When combined with the 2007 yearly energy
there is a higher potential during this time period for
increased issues relating to legal matters. This could
play out with more arguing, or stress in
relationships. Lawyers often see more clients during
this type of energy. This energy is not good or bad, it
depends on what serves you.
In real estate it is a month with a higher potential
for home sales with more contracts being prepared either
for purchasing or selling of property. So if you have a
home for sale make sure your price is current with the
market so that you can take advantage of this months
potential energy. Anything that relates to legal
matters such as; preparation of living trusts and
wills might be prepared this month, especially since the
energy in all buildings coming during our next cycle in
November is that of separation and/or sickness relating
to travel, moving, or some form of transition.
What is coming through your front door of your home or
business this month, your office, or where you sleep?
These areas have a higher potential to influence the
building's occupant because it is where they spend the
