Please feel free to forward this newsletter to your friends, and if you would like to quote me, please credit, Pat Sendejas at www.fengshui4balance.com.  Thank you!   From Pat's Desk   If you are feeling like you are in limbo, you are not alone.  With the 2007 visiting energy affecting all buildings, which I have been referring to in my last few newsletters, there is so much transition and change happening for everyone.  So many are experiencing fatigue, feelings of spaciness, sleeplessness, weight gain, unusual aches and pains, much of which is due to the energy shifting on the planet.  The year's visiting energy began February 5, 2007, and is like a bell curve getting stronger and stronger until it reaches it's peak around July, August, September, and then it begins to reduce until February of 2008 when the new energy arrives. If you have been in a satisfying relationship for years, things may seem like you are not connecting the way you used to, that is because so much is shifting.  People are making major career changes and with the "Death of the Old" energy coming in stronger the month of August 2007, many endings will be happening in order for new beginnings to follow.  By October, more magical energy is going to be surrounding each of us with more synchronicities coming in fast, and many more people experiencing a real spiritual awakening with a stronger connection to source. The ability to create exactly what we want will become more and more "the norm" as people begin to connect with their inner self and the energy of source.  By 2008, each of us has the potential to be clearer and closer to having what we truly desire with more passion and gratitude for life!  Before we move onto to living the life we have always desired, much of the old energy needs to come up and be released.  Much is happening to force society to release the anger and move toward our natural state of love, compassion, joy, and abundance.    This newsletter is late because I have been avoiding writing about the challenges coming up this summer which need to be revealed and released.  It is becoming more and more difficult to write about anything that may be taken by some as negative energy.  It is always my goal to focus on the positive, and what we desire.  What we focus on with fear expands.  We cannot be in love and fear at the same time.  In June the energy of wealth, continues.  Depending on what your building's permanent energy is, you may experience craving for alcohol or excessive desire to shop if the center of your building has a "1" permanent energy, feelings of betrayal, and/or the potential for robbery with a permanent energy in the center of your building of the "3" energy.  Finding gratitude in everything we do is very important now.  In astrology, June also brings in a mercury retrograde (June 15 through July 10th) which may play havoc with any kind of communication; whether it is verbal between two people, or with computers, cell phones, or other electronics, the media, and/or contracts.  This is an important time for writers and people who work with contracts to take extra caution to check their communication, as the retrograde may cause misunderstandings.  It is a great time to go back and retrace what you have started, making sure everything is stated correctly.  It is also a time to look at your past and see what has worked and what has not worked for you, so that you can release old beliefs that no longer serve you. In July comes the Feng Shui visiting energy of power and authority.  People getting clearer about their true desires.  Much focus will be on intention and creating what we truly desire.  If we interview groups of people we would find that most people have the same desires in common: a desire for good health, happiness, a loving partner, and financial security to provide for themselves and their loved ones.  You may have heard about - Fire The Grid,  has to do with people sending healing energy to the earth July 17, at 11:11 GMT.  Which may be why August brings the "Death of the Old" and such great transformation.  When such focus is placed on healing, transformation is inevitable.  What better year to see so many shifts taking place on our planet, truly supported by the Feng Shui 2007 energy.    I found as I started to understand energy and what it really means to be creative. I learned how important it is to first become clear about what I desire.  That means you need to really get to know yourself.  Don't judge yourself, and allow for all feelings to help you reveal who you are and what you like and dislike.  Observe and allow and become familiar with how you are feeling at all times.  Do not allow yourself to run on auto pilot with old emotions, during July you will have more power to honor yourself and create the life you desire to live.  Knowing what you really want, and then allowing the Universe to line up events to help that desire unfold for you seems almost too simple for many.  Many people have preconceived ideas of how things are going to happen.  Often believing that for events to change, things have to be painful, and/or hard.   When a desire starts to unfold differently than expected, many people tend to panic, get frustrated, or just give up and say it may not happen.   In August, it may be one of our most contrasting months.  We have the "death of the old" in the heart of our country and in all buildings; which means that this energy may have an effect on most all Americans.  Plus it will be a month for that same energy of "death of the old" in the Northeast.  This is very rare when this energy is seen in two areas at the same time, created by the combination of the monthly and yearly visiting energies.   This will have a very strong impact because these are new energies for 2007 and the month of August.  Often the older a building is, the weaker the permanent energy is in that building.  The yearly energy and monthly seem to come in with newness and strength.  It could mean that the old is finally moving out to allow for the new ways of joy, love, and compassion to be. Although I do not know exactly how these energies will unfold, I do know that in Feng Shui this energy type brings huge transformation.   It may be a time when the War in Iraq comes to a head and Americans get clear about how important world peace is to each of us.  It may be a time when this transforming energy helps more people realize that "we are all one".  In addition, we could see a tragic event that occurs in the Northeast, which could come from a natural disaster or other circumstances that force all of us to look at what we truly want and what is most important to each of us.  As with 9/11; with great separation comes united connection to others.  If your front door or bedroom falls into the northeast quadrant, you may find August to be a particularly transforming month. Along with this transforming energy it looks like in the Southwest (California), during August, is an expansion, which could mean that Californians experience more visitors, maybe people coming to California for safety, or an outpouring of giving to support the rest of our nation.  It will truly be a month that brings up issues for everyone to become clearer and release old limiting beliefs which have kept us from our dreams, helping to make way for joy and peace which is our natural state of being. If you have loved ones in the heart of our nation and/or the northeast, be sure to put out the intention that they are protected and in the right place for their highest good.     We are learning to give up control and allow things to unfold knowing that things occur in their perfect time.  When we connect to source and trust and allow things to unfold often in ways we would never have guessed, that is when we open what I call "the flood gates" moving people forward with speed.  Our dreams and desires start to show up so fast that it is almost overwhelming.  Don't forget the importance of gratitude.  There is so much to be grateful for, and the more you can find things to be grateful for, the more you will see abundance and love flow to you!

Want to Make a Difference!   This was passed on to me through a recent e-mail and I felt it is very appropriate to share at this time.  In WWII, there was an advisor to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace. This had an amazing effect as bombing stopped. . There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America. . If you would like to participate: Each evening at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (8:00PM Central, 7:00 PM Mountain, 6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens and for peace in the world. Thank You.  ************************************************************ Buildings have "Permanent Energy" captured when the roof is applied, based on 20 year cycles.  Also buildings have "Monthly Visiting Energy" which I list each month below in this newsletter.  And there are "Yearly Visiting Energy" cycles.  The ancient Chinese have long been quoted as saying, "The one thing we can always count on is change".   ************************************************************    Feature Article:  FINAL PHOTOS of RECENT TOWNHOUSE REMODEL!   FIREPLACE BEFORE:      AFTER NEW TILE AND CUSTOM MANTEL:   DINING ROOM BEFORE:                          DINING ROOM AFTER:      The dining room is shown with the original carpet and door  into the kitchen.  The floors were replaced with wood.  The dark kitchen cabinets were painted white with new Corian counter tops, the doorway to the kitchen was opened up with a diagonal archway.  Notice the chair rail with bead board, new 5" base- boards, crown molding and corbel archway entry into the dining room from the living room, and new chandelier on dimmer.  (Below left stages of progression).           LIVING ROOM BEFORE:            LIVING ROOM AFTER: Living room - carpets were removed (shown in left photo) and replaced with wood floors, windows were replaced with white vinyl energy saving windows, 5 inch baseboards, new mantel and tile on fireplace, and recessed ceiling lights were also added to transform this room.   The walls were painted a very soft rose beige to complement the country theme.  The floor TV was replaced with a wall mounted TV to open up the space allowing for additional seating. Online Secure Shopping Cart - 30 Day Fr*ee Trial!  www.fengshui4balance.com/1shoppingcart   Monthly Visiting Energy                       The next change in energy occurs       June 6, 2007 through July 6,2007...   In the Center of all buildings this period is the energy that has a greater potential to bring money for those occupying this quadrant this period.  No remedy is needed other than what is required for your personal building.  Even though this is good energy for wealth, be sure to continue to keep a minimum of 50 lbs. of metal in the center for the 2007 energy, plus any additional metal that is required specific to your building's energy.  Avoid the use of fire in this area to maintain health and wealth.  In the Southeast is a potential this period to expand the areas of wealth, good health, friends and relationships.   Outstanding energy!!!  You may enjoy receiving unexpected money, good health, more visitors, for businesses more clients, and/or an increase in people coming to your business, or home.  Sometimes this indicates additions to the family, since it is an expansion energy.    Enjoy this great energy this month!     In the South the energy this period is whining and complaining.  Fire helps reduce this energy.  Remember that fire is not recommended when your buildings energy requires metal in the South. In the Southwest the energy for the month magnifies what it is with.  If this is a bedroom or front door, increase the permanent energy remedy already required for the Southwest specific to your building.  This energy is also great for wealth and fame, so you may receive a promotion or recognition this period, especially if this is an entrance to your home, or an important area where you spend lots of time.  Fire is good to increase this auspicious energy in the Southwest this month.  Just avoid fire if your building's energy requires metal here. In the West - be sure to put a minimum of 50 lbs of metal here, especially if this is your front door, bedroom, office, or area where you spend a great deal of time.  This month use this energy for the potential of delays to relax and meditate.  Take advantage of the slower paced energy happening this month in this area to help you become clear on your desires.  Don't force things to happen, have patience.  Avoid all fire, water, or earth elements in this area during this energy period.  If these elements are not possible to avoid such as a kitchen cook top with the fire element, or a bathroom shower, then increase the metal remedy.  With the correct amount of metal it is possible to move forward with ease! In the Northwest - enjoy the potential for power and authority this month!  If the Northwest is an area where you spend lots of time, it will be an especially great period for you.  This energy is great for business, calls are returned easily, if this is your office or entrance to your business then it's even better!  Get clear on what you want and go for it this month if this is an entrance, office, or sleep area.  This energy is just the support you need to speak with your most influential client, your boss, spouse or friend to gain support this month.  Take advantage of the power and authority in the Northwest quadrant this month by spending more time in this area if possible.    Earth supports this energy, no remedy is needed for this great monthly energy.   Keep what is specific to your building here for your permanent energy and the 2007 visiting energy in this area!  Earth is not recommended if you have been told to place metal in the Northwest part of your building. In the North the energy supports "letting go" and/or separation.  Place 50 lbs. of Metal here in addition to whatever your buildings metal requirement may be, and then avoid the use of fire in this area to maintain health and wealth.  Use this energy this month to "let go" of any activity, relationship, or possession that no longer serves you.  This will have a bigger impact on you if this is your bedroom, or entrance to the building.  Use this separation energy to move into the direction you have always been dreaming.  It will support you in "letting go" of the old.  Holding onto energy that brings you little joy limits your spiritual growth.  This energy has the biggest impact if it is a front door or bedroom. In the Northeast is the energy having the potential for creativity, love, travel, great for academics, learning, creative writing, speaking.  With this energy you are sure to be inspired to decorate your home or to participate in some creative activity, or even find a new love relationship this period.  You may also find yourself making travel plans for a great get-away, or enjoy lots of small trips or even more out of the office activity this month for realtors or people who work in the field.   No remedy is needed.  This energy also supports academics and creative writing for all of the students and authors who are looking for a great spot to increase that ability!  Avoid water or fire and use only metal here in the Northeast all year.
