Sleep
- Essential to a Healthy Body! |

An important
element of Feng Shui is to insure
good sleep for the home's
occupant(s). The Chinese discovered
thousands of years ago that the body
heals itself while sleeping at night
when put in a supportive
environment.
Thus, according to Feng Shui, each
person has four specific bed
directions in order to achieve good
sleep.
When I consult on a home, I look for
the house type; East or West Group,
which is based on the sitting
direction of the home, and the
trigram element type of the person
living in the home. (this is
covered in detail in my Professional
Training Course and also in my Feng
Shui Workbook).

personal element type. You can do

In addition to placing your bed
in its most supportive direction
for you, there are several other
things you can do to support
your sleep.
1.
First be sure to keep all
electrical appliances; TV's, clock
radios, computers, at least 3 feet
away from your body, especially your
head.
2.
Second, select the color of sheets
that support your element.
3. The last thing to remember,
keep the wall colors in a pastel
tone.
